What's your return policy?

If the item(s) have not been washed or noticeably worn, they may be returned within 7 days. We will issue a full refund when the product has been returned to us and we have determined that it is still in the original condition.

Are these cafepress/zazzle shirts?

These are NOT cafepress or Zazzle shirts. They are screen printed on Hanes Beefy Tees 6.1 oz tshirts.

I don't have a credit card/checking account and/or don't feel comfortable purchasing online, can I pay by mail?

For mail orders, send a check or money order along with a description of what you would like to purchase. Please make sure that the payment you send is correct, or your shipment could be delayed. Send your payment to the following address:

How much is shipping?

Unless otherwise stated, shipping is included in the price of the item. What you see is what you get when it comes to price.

When can I expect to receive my item?

If your order was before 4:00pm CST, your order will be processed the same day (provided we have sufficient stock). We ship within 24 hours, and use USPS or FEDEX shipping. You can expect to receive your item within 4-7 days normally. We will notify you if your shipment will be delayed due to back-order.

Is my personal information and credit card information safe with UGHtees?

Of course. All transactions are handled by 3rd party processing companies (Paypal and Google checkout). If you have any questions or concerns about these companies, feel free to contact us.

I'm a retailer interested in UGHtees products, can we carry products from UGHtees.com?
